The Terms of Use and the Disclaimer Agreement

     Waskame APP (hereinafter referred to as "Waskame" or "APP") is a APP for managing intelligent hardware equipment developed by We specifically remind you to carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Terms of Use and Disclaimer Agreement (hereinafter "this Agreement") and choose whether to accept this Agreement.

     This Agreement will be legally binding on your use of the Software and you have promised and guaranteed the right and ability to enter into this Agreement, please carefully read and understand the terms of this Agreement, including the exemption and restriction of Regulus liability and restrictions to the user (minor review should be accompanied by the legal guardian); if you can not accept all the provisions of this Agreement, do not start using the Software.

The 1. is used
     To facilitate your use of this software, you need to register your account and provide relevant personal information. You must promise and guarantee that:
     1.1 All the registration information that you have submitted must be true and accurate;
     1.2 Your use of the software must be lawful;
     1.3 You must undertake to keep your login information confidential, not acquired and utilized by others, and be responsible for all your actions under this Software account. You must notify us of any behavior that may violate the law, unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized use. We are not liable for damages resulting from your failure to comply with the above requirements.
2. End-user protocol
     2.1 License
     Under this Agreement, Regulus will grant you the right to download, install, and use the software on all of your network communications devices, computer equipment, and mobile communications devices, which is a non-transferable, non-exclusive license.
     2.2 Restrictions
     We authorization to you will be subject to the following restrictions:
       2.2.1 You shall not make any form of license, sale, lease, transfer, distribution or other commercial use of this Software;
       2.2.2 You shall not modify, translate, adapt, merge, merger, decomposition, modification, reverse compilation, reverse engineering of any part of the Software or derivative unless prohibited by law;
       2.2.3 You may not use this software for the purpose of creating the same or competitive service;

3. User content
     3.1 User content
       3.1.1 User Content refers to all content generated by the user when downloading, publishing or otherwise using the Software, including but not limited to your account number, email address, pictures, gender, month of birth, etc.
       3.1.2 You are the sole person responsible for your user content and you will bear the risk that you or any third party being identified by disclosure of your user content.
       3.1.3 You have agreed that your user content will be limited by Article 4.
     3.2 Feedback
      Your advice (or "feedback"), as you are to transfer the entire right to "feedback" to Regulus and agree that you will not provide Regulus with any information that you consider confidential and proprietary, and Regulus may use this feedback and relevant information in any reasonable manner.
4. Limitation of rights
     4.1 During the use of the Software, you will assume all legal responsibility for the risks arising of:
       4.1.1 Destmines the basic principles recognized by the Constitution;
       4.1.2 Hazards national security, divulges state secrets, reverses state power, or destroys national unity;
       4.1.3 Damairing national honor and interests;
       4.1.4 Initing national hatred and national discrimination and destroys national unity;
       4.1.5 Whoever destroys national religious policies and promotes cults and feudal superstition;
       4.1.6 Spread rumors, disrupt social order and destroy social stability;
       4.1.7 Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting a crime;
       4.1.8 Insulates or defames others and infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
       4.1.9 Contains other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
     4.2 You have agreed not to perform the following actions in the Software:
       4.2.1 Any software that publishes or shares computer viruses, worms, malicious code, and intentionally destroys or changes the computer system or data;
       4.2.2 Collect information or data from other users, such as e-mail boxes, without authorization;
       4.2.3 Malicious use of the software in an automated way, causing excessive burden on the server or otherwise to interfere with or damage the web server and network connection;
       4.2.4 Try to access the server data or communication data of the software without authorization;
       4.2.5 Interference and destroy the use of other users of the software.
5. Modifies terminates
     5.1 Modification
       5.1.1 This Agreement is permitted for change. Regulus reserves the right to modify, retain, interrupt or close any services of the Software at any time without notice.
       5.1.2 You have agreed that We shall not be liable to you or a third party for modifying, retaining or closing any services of the Software.
     5.2 Termination
       5.2.1 This Agreement shall take effect from the date of your acceptance and continue during the use of the Software until natural termination of this Agreement;
       5.2.2 Upon termination to this Agreement, your right to use the Software shall terminate. Regulus is not liable to you for termination of this Agreement, including termination of your account and deletion of your user content.
       5.2.3 If the User violates the use rules specified in this Agreement, We shall have the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of the network services under the User at any time without any liability to the User or any third party.
6. Third party
     6.1 To facilitate your operation and enrich your experience, this software may contain parts of information or services from third parties.
       6.1.1 We does not control and is not responsible for all the information and services of third parties, and you shall be legally liable for the risks arising from the use of third party information or content.
       6.1.2 When you access third party information and services, the third party terms and policies shall apply.
     6.2 Other users
       6.2.1 The software contains the user content provided by other users. We does not control and does not assume legal responsibility for its user content. We inspection, monitoring, approval, approval, promise and guarantee the user content obligations. You must be legally liable for the risk of using the user content to interact with other users.

7. Compensation

     7.3 You have agreed that you may not unilaterally settle in a lawsuit filed jointly with We against a third party unless obtained with the written consent of Regulus.
     7.4 We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of such litigation, action or process.
     7.5 In no event shall the Software be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages incurred by you or any third party as a result of this Agreement. The risk of damage to the computer system or mobile communication device database from access and use of this software will be borne personally.
8. Disclaimer
     8.1 We shall not bear any legal liability in the following circumstances:
       8.1.1 Provide your personal information in accordance with laws or required by relevant government departments;
       8.1.2 The disclosure of any personal information due to your improper use;
       8.1.3 Service interruption and obstruction due to any hacker, computer virus intrusion, illegal content information, blocking of harassing information, government control and any other network, technology, communication lines, information security management measures;
       8.1.4 Failure of third parties, technical problems, network, computer failure, system instability and other losses caused by force majeure.
     8.2 The software is provided as it is, and you shall bear the damage and risks arising from the use of the software. We clearly declares that it does not guarantee the timeliness, safety and accuracy of the software and the partners' services, either express or implied or in any form.
     8.3 The software has the function of physical equipment control. In the process of adding and using We equipment or third party equipment supported by the software, you have fully understood the results and risks, and therefore you will be responsible for any risks and losses, and We does not bear any liability.
     8.4 The relevant user data of this software is generated when you use access to intelligent hardware or your own input, and although We will do its best to ensure the accuracy of user data collection, transmission and processing, the information provided by this software is for reference use only. We is not responsible for the accuracy, authenticity and integrity of the above data.
The 9. privacy policy
     The "Privacy Policy" is a part of this Agreement, which you can find in the last part of this article. Please read and understand all of the privacy agreement carefully.
10. Modification of the Agreement
      Regulus has the right to amend the terms of this Agreement from time to time, and the revised Agreement shall be posted on the official We website and become effective immediately. If the user continues to use the services provided by Regulus, it shall be deemed as agreeing to agree to the updated agreement; if the user disagrees with the updated agreement, it may and shall stop accepting the services provided by Regulus immediately. Users can always log in to consult the latest agreement, and are obliged to pay attention to and read the latest version of the agreement and website announcements from time to time.
11. has the applicable law
      This Agreement applies to the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute between both parties shall be settled on the principle of friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, a lawsuit shall be filed to the court where We is located.
12. Independence
      If certain terms of this Agreement do not apply for some reason, the other provisions of this Agreement that continue to apply and cannot apply will be modified so that they can apply according to law.
13. Integrity
      13.1 This Agreement is the final, complete, and exclusive agreement between you and Regulus on matters relating to the Software, and supersedes and merges the prior discussions and agreements of the parties concerning such matters.
      13.2 You may not assign the rights and obligations under this Agreement unless We agrees in writing. Any attempted conveyance in violation of the above provisions is void.

The Privacy Policy


      The Company understands the importance of privacy rights to users (including natural persons, legal persons and other organizations obtaining or using the software through various legal means ("users" or "you") and we strive to clearly state how we collect, use, disclose, transmit and store user information. This Privacy Policy outlines our information processing practices.
      Please do not submit any personal or privacy data to us until you have carefully read, understand, and agree to this policy. When you choose to use this product or service, it is deemed that you have understood and fully agreed with all the terms of this statement and voluntarily assume the full responsibility and risks of the use of the product or service. If you disagree with this statement, please terminate the use of our products or services.
1. Collection and use of the information
      1.1 Collection of personal information
       1.1.1 When you create a Waskame account, download and update Waskame software, give feedback at Waskame, attend online events or attend other interactions with Waskame, we ask you for personal information including but not limited to your name, phone number, email address, mail address, etc.
       1.1.2You can cancel the previously registered account at any time and can operate through the following ways: Waskame client specific path: [homepage → "My" → "Set" → "Account and Security" → "Cancel Account Number"] Note: when you cancel the account, except to save relevant information, we will stop to provide you with corresponding products (or services) and delete or anonymize your personal information within 10 business days.
       1.1.3When you use We's products to share your content, send information and products with family and friends or invite others, We will collect the personal information you provide related to the above people, such as name, email address and telephone number.
       1.1.4 We may collect system and application information for your terminal product to timely inform you of the available system and application updates available.             (3) understands the way you use our services so that we can improve our services and develop new products and services (including asking for your opinions on our products and services and performing customer surveys);

            (5) If you participate in the raffle, Q & A or similar promotion that we allow by law, we will use the personal information you provide to manage such activities;
            (6) Your mobile user identification information, mobile device unique identification code and geographic information can be used to activate the specific functionality of the We product or service you use, such information used to improve our products and services, but we will not use this information to track your location;

       1.2.2 Regulus will strictly collect and use your information as contained in relevant laws and regulations and this Privacy Policy.       1.3 Authority description
       1.3.1 In order to provide you with push service, our product integrates Jiguang JPush SDK, which will collect your device identification information (such as IMEI/android ID/IDFA, etc.) for push service. For the security of your information, we have entered into data security and confidentiality agreements with third-party SDK service providers, and these companies will strictly abide by our data privacy and security requirements. Unless we have your consent, we will not share your personally identifiable information with them.        1.3.2 During the use of this products, we use relevant functions to obtain the user's software installation list, MAC address sensitive information behavior, just to accurately jump to the relevant application market for service and ensure normal function use, but we do not collect and use this sensitive information. We encrypt and store identifiable personally identifiable information to ensure confidentiality of data. For your mobile device identifier International Mobile Device Identity Code (IMEI), Network Device Address (MAC), we will anonymize and encrypt with the MD5A algorithm on your mobile device end and only collect and upload both anonymized and encrypted identifiers.
       1.3.3 Other cases of access to third-party services. For example, for the purposes stated in this policy, we may have access to SDK or other similar applications provided by third party providers (hereinafter referred to as "third party SDK") and share certain information that you collect in accordance with this policy with such third party providers in order to provide better customer service and user experience. Currently, the third party SDK s we access mainly include the following types:

       1.3.4 APP investigates some device permissions on your phone during providing services. The following is the business function of the APP call permission and the purpose of the call permission. You can turn off some or all of the permissions to deny APP collecting personal messages. In different equipment, the permission display mode and shutdown mode may be different, please refer to the equipment and system developer instructions or guidance for details. Please note that you open any permission on your behalf and authorize us to collect and use the relevant personal messages to provide you with the corresponding services, you close any permission and cancel the authorization on your behalf, we will not continue to collect and use the relevant personal messages based on the corresponding authority, and will cease to provide you with the corresponding service.       1.4 Collection of non-personal information
        1.4.1 When you create a We account, download Regulus software and its updates, participate in online surveys or other interactions with Regulus, we collect information such as language, zip code, area code and the time zone where the Regulus product or service is used.
        1.4.2 Use Problem Feedback Information: When you submit problem feedback to our products and services, we will anonymously count your functional use of the product as needed, so as to collect information related to your use habits of We products and services. And when the system is abnormally exit and crash, we collect the current environment information of the phone that is easy to diagnose problems.
        1.4.3 Relevant information recorded by the server side: We will collect relevant information recorded by your server side, such as information uploading, download, control, browsing, environmental monitoring, equipment status and other data related to user use behavior. This data is considered as non-personal information.
        1.4.4 Location Information: When you use the location-based program services and functions provided by Regulus, we need to collect your location information. For example, when you conduct a location-based scene, use a location-based time zone, use the location to optimize weather features, or request map location information, your location information may be sent back to Regulus to provide you with the right content.
        1.4.5 Cookie and other technologies: To better optimize the use experience, we may collect the relevant cookies data generated during user use. But our cookies will not be used to identify you personally, but only to serve you better and more convenient when you visit it.
      1.5 Use of non-personal information
        1.5.1 Our collection of non-personal information such as language, zip code, area code and time zone where the services are after using We products can help us better understand user behavior and improve our products and services.
        1.5.2 We can continuously improve the operation experience, operation performance, repair problems, and improve the functional design of the products and services by analyzing the feedback you submit, the relevant information recorded on the server side and other contents.

3. Information security
      We adopts generally accepted industry security standards and takes encryption measures to protect user personally identifiable information and data to ensure that your information will not be accessed, used or disclosed without authorization. (1) In terms of technology, We uses antivirus software to provide encryption protection and monitoring system to enhance the attack protection of We data center. (2) In terms of the system, to the We employees through the security and privacy protection knowledge training, to ensure that the employees understand the importance of data protection. But based on the inherent network defects and operational risks, We does not guarantee the absolute security of your information.
4. Sharing of information
